Patty sent in her recent project Butterick 3246 using White/Red/Black Knit. I think the pairing of a classic style with a bold print looks great! Thank you Patty!!

I serged all sides of tunic top and skit. Used 3 thread on serger machine. No hem on tunic top. Using a walking foot, sew according to pattern directions. I sewed 1inch on side seems at .3 length and loosened the tension by 1. For silk braid I used invisible thread on needle and C. Clark thread for bobbin.
Sew on top in zig-zag almost .3 length. and loosed tension one point. For hem on skirt turned up one fourth inch and used EZ-Steam II. It is a 2 sided-pressure sensitive fusible tape made by Pellon got it at Jo Ann’s. Very good and easy.
